To assist in the management of the residential freeholds and associated assets of Berkeley Homes (Oxford and Chiltern) through performance monitoring of the managing agents. Ensuring the service and experience that they deliver to our customers is exceptional; and to mitigate the company’s business risk as freeholder / Director of the Residents’ Management Company, whilst ensuring the customer remains at the heart of our decisions. The portfolio consists of a diverse range of developments from green‑field traditional housing schemes to urban regeneration projects.

The standard default full‑time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
