Estate Manager

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

London, E14

£50,000 Per Annum

Confident and diplomatic Estate Manager required to manage this large, high-end residential development in Canary Wharf. The Estate Manager's role is to manage their scheme to the company's standards and to provide Residents with a professional service in a polite, fair, and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities will include taking responsibility for the management activities across the estate, providing clear leadership and direction to all employees, being knowledgeable with the company's policies and making sure that the company's policies and the site‑specific procedures are adhered to by the Concierge team, training all members of the concierge team, carrying out regular inspections of the site; identifying and logging any maintenance, cleaning and Health & Safety issues, liaising with the Cleaning Supervisor to ensure good housekeeping of the development, managing the release of key fobs and being available for senior management meetings and report processing as required.

The Estate Manager should have a minimum of 3 years of Property/Estate/Building Manager experience, leadership & influencing skills, excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
