Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience gained within a grounds maintenance/caretaking service.
• Experience in ensuring all tools and equipment are well maintained, clean and serviceable.
• Experience in ensuring all machinery are maintained and safe to operate.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent operational performance by leading a team of Operatives.
• Monitoring team performance and undertaking inspections.
• Ensuring safety standards are met and legislative compliance.

Skills

Technical knowledge in delivery of operative based works

Strong people management skills

Excellent customer communication skills
