Job description

Estate Agent Valuer / Lister

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary £24,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or a company car.
• On‑target earnings of £45,000.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with one Saturday off in three overall.

Annual Leave: Starting at 33 days and increasing with service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.
• Proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential property.
• Current roles such as Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager are preferred.
• Knowledge of the Property Mark accredited Estate Agency scheme.
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for residential property sales.
