Job summary

A leading estate agency recruitment firm is seeking an Estate Agent Valuer / Lister to join their expanding team in Billericay, UK. The role includes a basic salary of £24,000 along with additional benefits such as a car allowance. Ideal candidates will have prior estate agency experience and a proven track record in sales and valuations. Hours are Monday to Friday with flexible Saturday requirements. Generous annual leave is provided, starting at 33 days.

Qualifications

• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.

• Knowledge of the Property Mark accredited Estate Agency scheme.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary £24,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or a company car.
• On‑target earnings of £45,000.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with one Saturday off in three overall.

Annual Leave: Starting at 33 days and increasing with service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.
