Job summary

An independent estate agency in Manchester is looking for a motivated Valuer with a passion for property. The ideal candidate should hold a full UK driving licence and have at least 1 year of experience in the Estate Agency industry, although training will be provided to the right candidate. Responsibilities include listing, selling, and letting properties, generating valuations, and upselling services. Competitive salary and commission structure offered, along with 28 days of holiday including bank holidays.

A clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area is ideal.

A full UK driving licence is essential along with the ability to work alternate Saturdays.
