Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Slater Hogg & Howison residential sales team in Candleriggs. You will deliver exceptional service, generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.

This role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, opportunities for progression, and a supportive, high-performance environment with industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven env.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Strong customer care and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
