Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Valuer

• £22,500 - £25,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
• £40,000 - £45,000+ On Target Earnings via commission
• Additional earning potential, detailed at the bottom of this advert
• 5-day working week including Saturdays
• You must drive and own your own vehicle

Our clients, a well-established and respected number one selling estate agency, are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their friendly and thriving team. Role Overview:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including basic salary, office commission, and potential profit share, based on their skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will be bright, confident, well-presented, and possess the drive to succeed in winning new business and creating opportunities. The role involves generating sales, gaining new instructions, and providing a first-rate service to clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying instruction opportunities: prospecting, valuing, and listing new properties
• Monitoring properties on the market with competitors that have not sold, to generate new instructions
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and purchasers
• Providing high levels of service and communication
• Achieving sales targets and exceeding them
• Overseeing sales progression
• Accompanying property viewings
• Assisting and mentoring team members

Requirements:

• Proven success in winning instructions, achieving sales, and exceeding targets
• Proactive customer service skills and client management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for selling properties to the right clients
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritization
• Good IT skills and experience with estate agency CRM systems
• A full UK driving license and own vehicle
• Residency within a commutable distance and right to work in the UK
• For Senior Negotiator applicants: established track record in valuing and listing properties

Additional Earning Potential:

Candidates can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitor referrals, and other listing and letting referrals. Current team members earn between £3,000 - £8,000 annually from these sources, including:

• Mortgage referrals: £35 gift voucher
• Solicitor referrals: £50 gift voucher
• Property referrals: £100
• Google reviews: £10
