Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager for our Estate Agency client based in West Drayton. The ideal candidate must have 2 years + Estate Agency experience in Sales and Valuing. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.

MUST HAVE ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of 2 Negotiators
  • Meeting with clients
  • Carry out valuations
  • Carry out viewings of the properties
  • Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
  • Negotiating the offer between the buyer and the seller
  • Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
  • Promoting properties via different mediums
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
  • Overachieve targets, Our client is a market leading independent Estate Agent offering both Sales, Lettings and New Homes services. They pride themselves on offering the very best customer service to their clients on their property journey.
Qualifications
  • Must have a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.
  • Have 2 years + previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer within the property industry.
  • Valuing experience.
  • Must have a full understanding of the sales process.
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Be target driven.
  • Be well spoken and presented.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Also have outstanding organisational skills.
  • Be able to inspire and lead others.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a Senior Negotiator/Valuer looking to step up into an Assistant Manager position. You must be sales focused and a strong team player, as the role will involve managing 2 other Negotiators. You must have excellent communication skills, be organised, and motivated.
