Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator

A high-volume operation is seeking an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator. The role focuses on effectively matching buyers with sellers and actively developing an applicant base to identify potential opportunities, including clients who may not be ready to market immediately but may respond to a suitable proposal.

Key responsibilities:

• From day one, focus wholly on the selling process and use available tools to create income. The role rewards both individual success and team effort, fostering a balance of team spirit and personal achievement.

Requirements and expectations:

• You will need to drive and have your own car.
• The ideal candidate is a consummate deal maker who can see opportunities both immediately and in the distance, with the telephone remaining a primary selling tool.

Compensation and work pattern:

• Basic salary £21,750 with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months of £28,950.
• After month 4, basic salary increases to £22,750 plus a £2,000 car allowance. On target earnings of £30,000.
• 5-day working week, including Saturdays with 3 on, 1 off.
