Responsibilities
  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
  • Good working knowledge of inventory
  • Speaking with potential tenants

Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years estate agency and listing experience and ideally worked in the London market.
  • Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

  • Monday & Wednesday 9am – 6.30pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9am – 7pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, every other Saturday 10am – 4pm (with a day back in lieu)
  • 5‑day working week
