Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
- Good working knowledge of inventory
- Speaking with potential tenants
- Building relationships
- Generating leads
- Provide advice
- Turn initial enquiries into actual business
- Facilitate the progression of tenancies
- Generate valuations
- Conduct lettings valuations

- Progress transactions through to move-in

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years estate agency and listing experience and ideally worked in the London market.
- Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Benefits
- Basic £25,000
- OTE £55,000 – £60,000
- £400 monthly car allowance
- Monday & Wednesday 9am – 6.30pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9am – 7pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, every other Saturday 10am – 4pm (with a day back in lieu)
- 5‑day working week
- Parking permit supplied
- Potential to progress to Assistant Manager
- Extra days holiday for every year at the company (max 10 extra days)
