Job summary

Connells Group in Hamilton is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Countrywide Scotland residential sales team. The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and a clear career ladder within the UK’s leading property services business.

You will deliver exceptional service, generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion, with training and progression opportunities across Mortgage Services and more.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to generate new business and appointments.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales to exchange.
• Progress sales through to completion.
• Maximise every opportunity to schedule Mortgage Advisor appointments.
