Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

Basic salary to £30,000 with on target earnings of up to £50,000.

Key responsibilities

• They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with 'virtual sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the 'right person came along .
• You will need to drive and have your own car.
• In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance. The telephone is the prime selling tool and their new associate will have a great fondness for this old but essential aid.
