• Must be an existing Estate Agent with a deep knowledge of the local market.
• Match buyers with sellers – also identify “virtual sellers” who may not currently be listing but could be persuaded by the right opportunity.
• Drive yourself to appointments; your own car is required.
• Excellent telephone selling skills – the primary tool for generating business.
• Commit to the full selling process and use all available tools of trade, driving both personal and team success.

Remuneration

• Basic salary: £20,000 per annum.
• Car allowance: £200 per month.
• Personal sales commission starts at 5% and can increase to 70%.
• On‑target earnings: £35,000 – £40,000.
