The package includes a basic salary of £25,000–£27,500 per year, on-target earnings of £50,000–£65,000, an uncapped commission scheme, a company car, plus career progression, training and pension.

Qualifications

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK required.
• Passport or Birth Certificate.
• National Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end service from valuation to sale completion.
• Build local relationships and generate business.
• Deliver personal estate agency service with hybrid flexibility.
