Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager / Lister

This well-established independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and actively grow the business through sales and listings, and to enhance its reputation for quality and performance.

Benefits

• Basic salary up to £25,000 plus £3,000 car allowance or company car.
• Initial salary guarantee of £40,000 with on‑target earnings of £45,000 to £50,000.
• Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days and increasing with service.
• One Saturday off in three.

Who we’re looking for

• Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential property?
• Are you currently working in an estate agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued?
• Do you hold roles such as Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager and are looking for your next career step up the property ladder?

Role summary

We envisage our new associate to ultimately have an in‑depth knowledge of estate agency and possess the attributes to be a champion of residential property sales and listings. In other words, we are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, whether it is in front of his/her nose or out in the distance.
