Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, seeks an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Rook Matthews Sayer residential sales team in Forest Hall. You will deliver outstanding service, manage valuations, viewings, and offers, and progress sales with the mortgage advisor support.

This role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, industry-leading training, and a clear career ladder within a recognised property services business across Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency or property sales.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be resilient, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Your Role as an Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking property valuations
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Ideally, have previous sales experience
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
