Connells Group's Barnard Marcus brand in Putney is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team. You’ll generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales through exchange and completion, with uncapped commission and a clear career ladder.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
