The Property Experts invites ambitious estate professionals to run your own business with full training, branding, and operational support. You’ll keep 70% of fees and develop a local reputation while leveraging our tools and marketing materials to win instructions and close sales.

• Proven track record in winning instructions and negotiating offers.
• Ability to run own business with performance-driven mindset.
• Experience as estate agent/branch manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Win instructions and negotiate offers to close sales.
• Prospect for new listings and build local market presence.
• Manage day-to-day business operations with support from the Agent Support Team.

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000
