We’re looking for a proactive Development Administrator to join our team on site and help keep everything running smoothly.

  • Location: London, SE1

  • Annual Salary: £15,000

  • Hours/Working Pattern: 20 Hours per week (3 Days per week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Provide frontline communication via phone, email, and correspondence.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, following company protocols.

  • Take ownership of tasks, ensuring issues are resolved and followed through.

  • Prepare and send letters, notices, and mass mailings to residents and leaseholders.

Data & Systems Management:

  • Keep our database and online portal accurate and up-to-date.

  • Manage hard and soft copy files, ensuring everything is scanned, tagged, and filed correctly.

Compliance & KPI Monitoring:

  • Support the Development Manager in achieving Key Performance Indicators.

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently applied.

Maintenance:

  • Communicate with contractors for reactive maintenance and raise purchase orders.

  • Monitor service delivery and follow up on overdue tasks.

  • Assist with Health & Safety actions to ensure timely completion.
