• Previous experience in a Legal Cashier or legal accounts role.
• Strong understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Processing client and office account transactions (BACs, TTs, cheques, and direct debits).
• Preparing and distributing daily bank statements to fee earners.
• Reconciling petty cash and other accounts.
• Supporting credit control by producing monthly statements.
• Assisting with purchase ledger work and month-end processes.
• Managing billing and invoice records.
