A leading educational institution in Greater London is seeking an ESOL Adult Lecturer to deliver high-quality ESOL learning programmes. This part-time position requires qualified candidates to have experience teaching adult learners. Lewisham College requires a number of qualified, dedicated and enthusiastic Tutors to take on the role of ESOL Lecturer/s (part time day/evening) to join our thriving team.
The main responsibilities of this role include the delivery and assessment of high-quality ESOL learning programmes, tutorial and administration duties.
Successful applicants will have experience of teaching ESOL to adult learners, teaching non-regulated and exam courses at a variety of levels. It would also be advantageous to have experience teaching maths, ICT and employability to ESOL students.
It is desirable that the candidate has experience in FE and a proven track record of successful teaching and assessment practice.
An ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines and strong oral and written communication skills are essential requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to join a highly-motivated, cohesive and successful team.
