Job summary

INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is recruiting an ESG Coordinator to lead reporting across multiple sites, ensuring data integrity and timely stakeholder outputs. This hybrid role supports Crick (Northampton) or Thirsk (North Yorkshire) locations, working with retailers, regulators and internal teams.

You will manage data collection, maintain the ESG repository, and drive improvements in reporting processes while aligning with customer, regulatory and shareholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills for structured datasets and dashboards.
• Ability to design and maintain a structured ESG data set from scratch.
• Strong numerical skills including units, ratios and conversions.
• Confident engagement with colleagues at all levels, including Directors.
• Ability to plan and deliver multi-stakeholder work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a single repository for multi-site ESG data with audit trails.
• Coordinate standardised data collection across functions and sites.
• Own ESG reporting calendar and deliver reports, questionnaires and KPI packs.
• Validate submissions and support external verification and audits with robust evidence.
• Coordinate sustainability projects and cross-functional working groups.
