Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and survey escalators in accordance with KONE standards.
• Complete documentation and take necessary site pictures.
• Upload data from site surveys into CRM.

Skills

Escalator experience in service repairs or installation

Strong customer skills

Technical knowledge on various types/manufacturers of escalators

Education

NVQ3 in escalators (desirable but not mandatory)
