Job summary

Otis is seeking a Service Engineer to support our Liverpool and Northwest region. You will maintain a portfolio of lifts and escalators, ensuring safety and reliable operation for passengers.

You will perform planned maintenance and respond to breakdowns, aiming for first-time fixes, while staying within your defined territory and building strong customer relationships on site.

Qualifications

• Hold an NVQ level 3 in Escalator service, maintenance, or repair.
• Hold a driver's license and within 1 hour commute of Liverpool
• You have at least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector.
• You have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering
• You are a committed professional, with safety as your priority
• You are comfortable communicating to others
• You are curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team
• You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.

Responsibilities
