Job summary

The Engage Partnership Recruitment is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities across a major ERP transformation programme. The role focuses on delivering a robust testing strategy, ensuring ERP solutions are validated against business requirements and coordinating testing across multiple teams and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading testing within ERP or transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of integration, system, UAT and end-to-end testing.
• Experience developing and implementing testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all testing activities across the programme.
• Develop and implement the testing strategy.
• Validate ERP solutions against business and operational requirements.
• Drive integration, end-to-end and business process testing across ERP and connected systems.
• Coordinate testing activities across business functions, operational teams and third-party providers.
• Act as the primary escalation point for testing-related issues, ensuring defects are prioritised, tracked and resolved.
• Identify, manage and communicate testing risks, issues and dependencies.
