About The Role

As our D365 ERP Transformation Programme Manager, you’ll lead AO’s retail logistics transformation. migrating from legacy WMS and logistics systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and strategic platforms. You’ll own the end-to-end roadmap, aligning business priorities with technical execution to deliver operational scalability and measurable benefits. Success means orchestrating internal teams and vendor partners, managing dependencies, and delivering against scope, timeline, and budget.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You’ll define and maintain the ERP migration roadmap, chair governance forums, and ensure RAID visibility for proactive risk management. Driving clean, traceable requirements will be key, aligning internal stakeholders and vendors on deliverables and acceptance criteria. You’ll manage vendor KPIs and internal capacity planning, maintain clear RACI structures, and oversee Statements of Work to keep milestones on track.

Data integrity and reporting frameworks will be a priority, ensuring operational visibility and compliance. You’ll design service transition plans and structured hypercare post go-live, embedding ITSM processes for continuity. Financial control sits at the heart of this role. You’ll manage programme budgets, validate vendor estimates, and forecast resource needs. Finally, you’ll break the programme into manageable workstreams, monitor interdependencies, and run structured engagement ceremonies to maintain accountability and momentum.
