What You'll Do

• Own and manage the release backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Facilitate release planning sessions and readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high‑quality releases on time.
• Champion CI/CD practices and track key performance metrics.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth deployments and post‑release validation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in backlog management and release planning within D365FO large‑scale system environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global setting.
• Comfortable managing SI’s.
• Certifications such as Prince2 Practitioner or PMP are highly desirable.
