Job summary

Mundipharma is seeking an ERP Product & Functional Lead to own the SAP S/4HANA Finance ecosystem with end‑to‑end responsibility for design, governance and delivery. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Shared Services, GPOs and Market Finance to ensure compliant, scalable Financial processes.

In this role you will lead architecture conversations, coordinate internal teams and AMS partners, and guide market entity rollouts while maintaining alignment with GXP/Quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12+ years of ERP implementation and support experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO.
• Proven track record managing senior stakeholders and multi-vendor teams.
• Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide product leadership for Finance and Design Authority governance.
• Drive architecture discussions and business cases with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee SAP Finance support and connected apps (FSCM, banking, Concur, Esker).
• Guide cross‑functional process integration for new market rollouts.

As ERP Product & Functional Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership, support, and continuous improvement of our SAP S/4HANA Finance ecosystem.Acting as a senior IT partner to key stakeholders—including the Head of Shared Services, Global Process Owners, and Market Finance Directors—you will drive solution design, roadmap development, governance, and project delivery across Finance and integrated business processes.
