Responsibilities

• Manage the planning process from cradle to grave.
• Speak with customers to establish requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Update and manage the internal MRP system.
• Liaise regularly with production, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Ensure all documentation corresponds to scheduling and customer needs.

Skills

Strong ERP/MRP/SAP experience

Experience with end customer service

5 years+ in a planning role

Experience within an engineering manufacturing industry
