A local educational institution in Coventry is looking for an ERP Learning Support Assistant. The role involves supporting teachers and providing care to children with various needs. We are seeking to appoint an experienced ERP Learning Support Assistant to assist in supporting the classroom teacher with their responsibility for the development and education process by providing care and supervision to children/young people, including those who have special physical, emotional and educational needs.

All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
