Job summary

IntaPeople is recruiting an ERP Systems Analyst for a leading international manufacturer based in Bridgend. You will own modules in the SyteLine (CSI) ERP platform, provide second-line support, and implement ERP enhancements through SQL, reporting and customisation.

Joining the in-house IT and Business Systems team, you will manage configuration, run SQL queries, develop reports, and support integrations with Infor OS/ION and APIs. Occasional work from home and free parking are available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years ERP support experience.
• SyteLine / CSI experience is highly described.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including writing and running queries and stored procedures.
• Experience gathering requirements, testing and delivering controlled change.
• ERP experience on another platform is acceptable if SyteLine is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Application Ownership: Resolve second-line incidents and support ERP modules.
• Configuration: Maintain SyteLine configurations, parameters and workflows.
• Technical Analysis: Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures and reporting solutions.
• Customisation: Configure and support SyteLine forms, IDOs and Mongoose customisations.
• Integrations: Troubleshoot interfaces and data issues, and support Infor OS / ION / API integrations.
• Change Delivery: Gather requirements, write specifications, and test and deploy enhancements.
• Upgrades and Training: Support upgrades and regression testing, train users and maintain documentation.

ERP Systems Analyst

IntaPeople are pleased to be appointed to recruit a ERP Systems Analyst for a leading international manufacturing business based in Bridgend. This is a permanent opportunity to join the in-house IT and Business Systems team and take ownership of key areas of the business's SyteLine (CSI) ERP platform.

You will provide functional and technical support for SyteLine, own assigned modules and deliver ERP enhancements by turning business needs into reliable system changes. This is a hands-on role, combining second-line support with real technical work in SQL, reporting and SyteLine customisation.
