Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering ERP / finance‑systems change in large financial‑services or banking environments.
• Deep experience with at least one major ERP / GL platform.
• Experience leading small, mixed onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP/finance-technology workstream within a major M&A programme.
• Own end‑to‑end ERP change delivery for the merger.
• Manage a mixed team of developers and business analysts.
