About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Support Specialist to join a global operations team. This is a hands‑on role focused on providing both technical and functional support for an ERP system across Finance and CRM modules. You will be key in maintaining the system, supporting users, and helping implement improvements and new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day support and troubleshoot issues for the ERP system, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

  • Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and integration projects.

  • Configure and maintain ERP modules related to Finance and CRM processes.

  • Work closely with staff at all levels to resolve system issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials. Deliver training to staff on system usage and financial processes.

  • Liaise with external vendors or consultants as required for system support or enhancements.

Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in ERP or finance system support/maintenance roles.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and project‑based systems.

  • Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

Desirable (Not Essential)
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP systems.
