• 1-3 years of customer service / order processing experience in related industries.
• Experience with handling customer inquiries and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer enquiries, orders, and delivery coordination.
• Process sales orders and invoices accurately in the ERP system.
• Liaise with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain customer records and update product pricing information.

Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

Good command of spoken and written English

Detail-minded and able to work under pressure

Education
