Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Project Administrator to support the administration of Equipped Pillar projects. The successful candidate will work with design, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries. Key responsibilities include managing orders, creating bills of materials, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates should have experience with purchase orders and BOMs, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in raising POs (Purchase Orders).
  • Experience with BOMs (Bill of Materials).
  • Organized and able to plan workloads effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for inputting new orders onto the system.
  • Keep the Project Admin spreadsheet up to date.
  • Check BOM discrepancies and provide feedback to Tendering Engineers.
  • Create bills of materials, routes, and production orders.
