A leading healthcare organization in Doncaster is seeking an e-Rostering Support Officer to join their team. This role involves providing daily systems support and training on the e-Rostering system, requiring strong IT skills and effective communication. The position is full-time, with a salary between £27,485 and £30,162. Ideal candidates have experience with eRostering systems and the ability to deliver training effectively.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an e-Rostering Support Officer to join the E-Rostering Team at RDASH. We are a small friendly team committed to delivering the maximum benefits to the trust from our e-Rostering system.
The Support Officer role will include providing day-to-day systems support and training, requiring someone who has strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, together with effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), a can-do attitude and the confidence to support staff and managers to resolve their queries. The role is fast-paced and varied and requires a passion for problem-solving plus the ability to prioritise own workload.
The E-Rostering Team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the trust E-Rostering System. We have over 300 live rotas to manage, as well as ensuring that payroll is accurate and submitted every month. The team is also responsible for training managers and staff on how to use the system effectively and efficiently and supporting these staff in how to resolve any errors that may have occurred.
To support the roll out of additional functionality to ensure full benefits realisation of the eRostering system including the payroll interface, competencies, employee on-line and Loop app.
To provide an effective, customer focussed eRostering support service, ensuring all users are adequately trained and able to fully utilise the system; ensuring data is kept up to date and that changes are completed in a timely manner.
