We are seeking experienced Employee Relations Specialists to join a busy shared services environment and help manage a high-volume ER caseload. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and have a strong understanding of employment law and best practice.

Job Description
  • Manage approximately 50 live ER cases at any given time, including disciplinary, absence management, grievance, probation, and performance management.
  • Provide guidance to managers via phone and online - no requirement to attend hearings.
  • Use a case management system to track and progress cases (experience with Business Workflow or similar systems required).
  • Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and organisational policies.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience handling high-volume ER cases in a shared services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cases remotely.
