ER Specialist, 6 month FTC - Charity - London with hybrid working - £45,000

This is a great opportunity for an immediately available ER Specialist or HR Business Partner with a strong employee relations skill set to join an amazing charity providing vital services across London.

There is even an opportunity to start before Christmas!

Reporting into the Director of People & Culture you will be responsible for managing a high number of employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management issues. You will also have an opportunity to work on Tupe projects.

You need to have a track record of managing complex employee relations cases ideally in the charity or not for profit sectors. Experience of coaching and upskilling managers and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
