A leading clothing company is seeking an Employee Relations Lead to shape and develop a high-performing ER team in Poole, England. The successful candidate will guide best practices in employee relations, influence key business decisions, and enhance ER strategies aligned with the organizational priorities. A home-based position with travel across the Southern region is required.

Are you a confident ER specialist with the drive to shape a leader-led, forward-thinking people culture? We're looking for an Employee Relations Lead to guide and develop a high-performing ER team, influence key business decisions and elevate how people matters are managed across the organization.

In this pivotal role, you'll own complex case management, steer organizational change and evolve the ER service to ensure leaders are equipped, capable and empowered. You'll bring insight, clarity and commercial thinking to decision‑making analyzing ER trends, managing risk, and ensuring we stay ahead of legislation and best practice.

What You'll Lead and Deliver
  • Transform and enhance ER processes to create a proactive, business‑focused service
  • Coach and develop the ER team to handle complex issues with confidence
  • Shape ER strategy in line with the People Plan and wider organizational priorities
  • Drive best practice, mitigate risk and support tribunal/settlement activity where required
  • Build capability across leadership through training, coaching and a solutions‑focused approach
  • Inspire a culture of agility, innovation and continuous improvement
