Job summary

Forvis Mazars in London seeks a Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead the equity reward advisory and compliance offering. Based in London, you will direct client engagements, shape strategy and drive growth in the equity reward space across listed and private clients.

You will manage senior stakeholder relationships, deliver technically robust advice on share schemes and LTIPs, and mentor teams to build capability and innovation. The role offers a fast-paced, high‑impact environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent), or a qualified lawyer.
• Strong equity reward experience with a track record delivering complex engagements and advising senior stakeholders.
• Business development capability: able to originate opportunities and convert them into sustainable client relationships.
• Confidence operating in a fast-paced London market, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience advising listed companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the firm: work closely with Global Employer Solutions, Tax and specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead and develop people: coach and mentor Managers/Associate Directors; build capability and strengthen technical excellence and innovation.
