Job summary

Fidelity International in London invites graduates to join our Equity Research team and learn how to identify attractive investment opportunities for client funds. You will contribute to regional coverage, analyze companies, and build the foundation for a career as a Career Analyst or Portfolio Manager.

You'll be immersed in real work from day one, with the support of a buddy and mentor, comprehensive induction, CFA Level 1 prep, and access to IM Academy and ongoing learning across asset classes

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 (Bachelor's or Master's) is expected.
• Able to collect and analyse information and form insights.
• Strong numeracy and analytical reasoning are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Equity Research team with regional coverage.
• Analyse products, services, strategies and financial data of publicly traded companies.
• Prepare concise research insights and buy/sell recommendations for Portfolio Managers.
• Develop the foundation to progress towards a Career Analyst or Portfolio Manager.
