Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Comfortable learning quickly and taking on new challenges.
• Able to address finance-related and accounting questions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Validate and segment 409A Valuation requests.
• Prepare 409A Valuations for early-stage customers.
• Assist with equity compensation tax projection vetting.
