A higher education institution in Portsmouth seeks a full-time Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Officer to support and implement EDI principles. The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Officer supports the implementation of the EDI elements of the University’s People Strategy. As the EDI Officer you will provide support to members of the team across different projects and initiatives, as well as leading on regular EDI communications and events, and supporting colleagues across the University with embedding EDI principles into their areas including undertaking Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs).
This is a full‑time position but there may be flexibility to work reduced hours, for example school hours between Monday‑Friday. While there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 15th, 16th or 17th December 2025.
