Reliability Engineer – South West England

Job Title: Reliability Engineer
Location: South West England

We are seeking a proactive Reliability Engineer to support the optimisation of equipment performance across our operations. In this role, you will monitor asset health, analyse performance data, and ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of complex plant assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor asset health
• Analyse performance data
• Ensure operational availability of 100-150 pieces of engineering plant and equipment (valued £5,000 to £3M)
• Supervise internal technicians and liaise with external contractors
• Work across a 24‑hour operation to maintain speediness and product quality

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Lead to support the effective maintenance and reliability of production equipment and facilities. This hands‑on role offers structured training and development in preventative and reactive maintenance, process improvement, and planned maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance teams and manage day‑to‑day operational maintenance
• Implement preventive and reactive maintenance schedules
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Reliability Planning Specialist – Nestlé Confectionary, York Factory

Salary: Circa £55,000 (Depends on Experience) + Car Allowance + Potential Bonus + Generous Pension Scheme + 12 Flexible Days + 2 Paid Volunteering Days
