Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking an Equipment Implementation Manager to lead planning and delivery of equipment across the store development programme in the UK. You will drive fixture management, installation activity and supplier performance, ensuring right-first-time delivery and efficient logistics across new space, renewal and asset projects.

Qualifications

  • PM experience in multi-site delivery environments.
  • Understanding of store development, fit-out, equipment delivery, logistics and handover.
  • Experience managing suppliers and performance measures.
  • Strong planning and attention to detail with risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and delivery of equipment implementation across projects.
  • Own ECC governance, storage, inventory control and delivery sequencing.
  • Define processes for stock visibility, movement control and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a clear equipment improvement plan.
  • Build standardised processes and a right-first-time delivery culture.
  • Establish implementation controls, checklists and governance.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for delivery quality, efficiency and cost.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and suppliers on milestones.
  • Support commercial governance and value delivery with partners.
