When additional expertise is required, the practice works closely with visiting referral specialists, ensuring high clinical standards while maintaining continuity of care. Work–life balance is genuinely valued. Generous time off in lieu allows vets to properly recharge and enjoy everything the area has to offer — including the stunning Jurassic Coast, right on the doorstep.
