Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an Equine & Farm Clinical Director in Dundee.

This full‑time leadership role combines hands‑on clinical work with strategic direction, overseeing a team of 4–5 Equine & Farm Vets, and working closely with the broader leadership team to drive service development. The ideal candidate is an experienced Equine & Farm Veterinary Surgeon with MRCVS, strong clinical skills, and a passion for developing people and services.

Qualifications

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with MRCVS registration.
• Proven leadership or management experience would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 4–5 Equine & Farm Vets, driving service development.
• Shape future of the Equine & Farm Animal service within the practice.
• Balance hands‑on clinical work with strategic leadership.
• Collaborate with Small Animal Clinical Directors and Practice Manager.
