A metropolitan authority in the UK is looking for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead to drive the implementation of EDI strategies. This role requires strong leadership to ensure an inclusive environment and to engage with diverse communities. The successful candidate will demonstrate significant cultural change experience, analytical skills, and the ability to influence outcomes in complex settings. The position involves advocating for workforce diversity and fostering collaboration to achieve the GLA's EDI objectives.

GLA staff are hybrid working up to 3 days a week in our offices and remotely depending on their role. As part of this, you will need to split your time between home working and coming into the office. In addition to a good salary package, you will be paid every four weeks, providing frequent salary payments.
