We are seeking an experienced and visionary EPR Portfolio Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across the Group.

Reporting directly to the Group EPR Programme Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital healthcare by ensuring our EPR aligns with business needs, bridges the gap between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and supports integrated care initiatives across the Integrated Care System.

You will:
  • Provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and mentoring to the programme community.
  • Develop detailed EPR roadmaps and strategies for systems development, integration, and data sharing across the Integrated Care System.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the overarching EPR plan, ensuring successful delivery of this critical programme.
  • Work closely with Programme Managers, Clinical and Operational teams, Finance, Communications, and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide line management for key EPR resources and matrix leadership across the Group.
